a 'school' of roasting specialists is born.

In1930, Mario Boasi invested in the 'Coffee Industry'. From the port of Genoa, the coffee arrives at the roasting facility.

Roasting is life at home and in the business, with the whole family, svolge also taking on small tasks to help the business.

  • 1959, new industrial plant in Genova, on Spalato Street, with the need to buy, process, and blend raw coffee: this is how TAG comes to life, “Torrefattori Associati Genova”, of Family Boasi (Caffé Boasi 1930).
  • 1960, also the eldest son Marco Boasi joins.
  • 1982, new processing method for pollution control.
  • 1990 Expansion of storage silos.
  • 1994 alto the grandchild of Massimo Boasi joins and new marketsare being sought both in Italy and abroad. the 1990s and 2000s, the largeacustomer acquisitions propelled the roasting company toward significant milestones.
  • 2000, Marco Boasi becomes the President of the Company.
  • 2003, Massimo Boasi becomes the CEO.
  • In 2004, production moves from Spalato Steet in Genova to the newfactory of Serravalle Scrivia (AL): 25000mq production plants capable of producing 250-300 quintals of coffee per day.
  • In 2007, the TAG has obtained two important quality certifications, ISO 9001 and IFS International Food Standard, guaranteeing ever-increasing attention
  • to the quality of the product and the services provided to customers.
  • In 2016 TORREFATTORI ASSOCIATI S.p.A. is born a new company owner of the brands Caffè Boasi, Rostkafè, and Caffè Pera.
  • 2020, the fourth generation of the family joins the company, Marco Boasi jr. as ruolo di production manager and collaborator in the commercial sector.

Today, Boasi coffee is sold in over 50 countries worldwide.
